This pretty single-storey cottage occupies a popular position where the mariners' houses reputedly stood when Lydstep limestone was shipped to Devon and Cornwall. The cottage's private, south-facing garden makes it an especially popular choice in the spring and summer months!

Facilities

Watch Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, full central heating and a well-designed bathroom. A large, flat screen TV and DVD player await you in the living room and an ample stock of films supplies the entertainment should you want to snuggle down for the evening.

Bed linen (duvets) and fluffy towels are provided and monogrammed bathrobes are available on request. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available free of charge for your little ones. Please note, you must bring your own linen for the cot.

There are no hidden charges - electricity and gas are included in our rental prices. Please note all cottages are non-smoking.

• Living/dining room patio doors to garden. Kitchen. Bedroom one family bedroom with a double and a single bed. Bedroom two with full size bunk beds. Bathroom with in-bath shower, toilet and wash basin.

• Pets are welcome for a small additional charge.

Individuals with reduced mobility may find that they need a ramp to access the property as there is a small step.

Please let us know if you require a ramp for your stay and our staff will be happy to provide one ahead of your arrival.
